Application & Features.

1: Consists of basic frame, milling cutter ,heating plate,support.

2: Working environment must be between -40℃~+40℃.

3: Pressure adjustable range:0-6Mpa.

4: Heating plate Max temperature:270℃.

5: Suitable for material of PE , PP , PVDF .

How to use

Welding Introduction For HDPE:

1. Fix the proper clamps on the machine rack.

2. Put HDPE pipes on the clamps and tighten the bolts.
3. Mill the end of the HDPE pipes with a milling cutter .
4. Put the heater plate on the machine rack and heat the pipes for proper time.

5. Remove the heater plate and connect the HDPE pipes.

Packing & Delivery

1. Standard export plywood case.

2. Our machine will be wrapped by plastic film,put into a plywood case at last. This type of packages is avoid getting rusty easily.
3. Professional transportation team to ensure the transportation time and safety.
